Here’s exactly how a project runs, from the first call to the finished film.
01 · Week 0
Discover
A free, 30-minute call. We look at your website and social together, talk about what’s coming up, and tell you honestly what would help.
02 · 2–6 weeks before
Story
A 50% deposit books your date. Then pre-production: we find the people and the moments, plan interviews, scout the room and build a shot plan with your team.
03 · Shoot day
Capture
The production day. A small crew, cinema cameras, and as little disruption as possible. Most films need one or two days on site.
04 · 2–4 weeks after
Release
We edit, you review. Two rounds of revisions are included. Then the film, cutdowns and photos are delivered with a plan for rolling them out.

What it actually looks like.
Production day, not Sunday
Most films are shot on a scheduled production day. Interviews, b-roll and staged worship are captured without working around a live service.
Live Sunday capture
If you want your regular Sunday captured, we add a second shooter and work from the edges of the room.
Cameras during worship
No one on the platform, no one blocking sightlines. Your congregation should forget we’re there.
Interviews
We light and shoot interviews in a quiet room near the sanctuary, or at someone’s home when the story lives there.
Consent
Signed releases for everyone featured, parental consent for minors, and a clear way for people to opt out.
What you prepare
A point person, access to the building, and the people whose stories we’re telling. We handle the rest.
